准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗近视性屈光参差与立体视觉关系的研究
The research on the relation between LASK treating myopic anisometropia and stereopsis vision
【摘要】 目的探讨LASIK手术治疗近视性屈光参差后远近立体视觉的变化,并研究其相关因素,评价 LASIK手术治疗近视性屈光参差的临床应用价值。方法测定102例近视性屈光参差患者的术前裸眼和术后1月的立体视觉,以及裸眼视力、矫正视力和屈光度。采用同视机随机点立体图观察远距离立体视,颜少明随机点立体视觉检查图观察近距离立体视觉。结果近视性屈光参差患者经LASIK术后,裸眼视力均提高,均获得远、近距离立体视觉,立体视觉的增加有显著性统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论 LASIK手术能改善和促进立体视功能的形成,有效地矫治屈光参差,其治疗效果肯定。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the changes of stereopsis vision inmyopia patients of anisometropia after doing LASIK, and research its relative factors. To evaluate the clinical applying value of LASIK on stereopsis vision of myopic anisometropia patients. Method Assayed the stereopsis vision, naked vision, corrected vision and diopter of 102 cases of . myopic anisometropia before and after the operation of LASIK. Used block diagram of random-spot synoptophore to observe long distance stereopsis vision, and Yan’ s stereogram to observe short distance stereopsis vision. Result The naked vision of myopic anisometropia increased after the operation of LASIK. All the patients got short and long distance stereopsis vision after LASIK, and the stereopsis vision after operation was significantly higher than that before operation ( P <0. 005). Conclusion The operation of LASIK can ameliorate and accelerate the formation of the ability of stereopsis vision. LASIK can correct anisometropia, and its therapeutic efficacy deserves to confirm.
