【摘要】 目的：探讨¹²⁵Ⅰ种子源术中植入是否能进一步提高进展期中下段直肠癌的治疗效果。方法：对78例中下段直肠癌手术根治患者（均为Dukes B或C期）,分成3组：A组（手术根治加化疗组）28例；B组（手术根治加放疗组）18例；C组(手术根治联合¹²⁵Ⅰ种子源植入组)28例；跟踪随访观察2年内的复发率；同时比较B组与C组的并发症发生情况。结果：显示3组1年半内复发率分别为46%、13．6%、14．2%；B组和C组复发率均低于A组（P＜0．05）,C组复发率与B组无显著差异；但C组并发症的发生率（10．7%）比B组（40．9%）明显降低（P＜0．05）。结论：¹²⁵Ⅰ放射性种子源术中植入有助于预防直肠癌术后的复发,与体外放疗效果相仿,并且并发症的发生率低,比后者更安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of ¹²⁵Ⅰseed implantation during operation in progressive middle-lower part rectal cancer.Methods:78 cases with middle-lower part rectal cancer（all are Ducks B,C stage）were treated by three different meth- ods.（1）Operation was used in 28 cases（group A）.（2）22 cases were treated by operation followed by radiotherapy（group B）.（3）19 cases were treat by operation followed by ¹²⁵Ⅰseed implantation（group C）.All cases had been Followed-up for two years.Recurrence rate in all three groups and complications in group B and group C were observed.Results:The recurrence rate in three groups was 46%,13.6%,14.2% respectively.The recurrence rates in group B and group C were lower than that in group A（P＜0.05）,but there was no difference between group B and group C.The complications rate in group C was lower than that in group B（P＜0.05）.Conclusion:Operation associated ¹²⁵Ⅰseed implication can reduce the recurrence rate of progressive rectal cancer and has the same effect as operation followed by radiotherapy as well as lower rates of complications, but is safer than the latter.更多还原
