【摘要】 目的:探索简单、安全、可靠,吸脂效果好,并发症少的手术方法。方法:首先用皮下超量灌注法使局部组织肿胀,2根针式电极插入去脂部位,同时可配合应用小径吸管抽吸,吸脂后抽吸区以弹力服加压。结果:均取得满意效果,无严重并发症发生。结论:电子吸脂结合负压吸脂可增加吸脂效果,减少并发症发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore a simple, safe and reliable operation method and to obtain a perfect operation result, reduceor avoid the complications. Methods: An appropriate dose of lidocaine was injected into the subcutanexus fat until the-local tissue area became swollen, then two needle electrodes were inserted into the area to start liposuction, meanwhile used smah diameter suction. When liposuction was over, an elastic garment was placed on the sucked area of patients to produce localpressure. Results: The results of all the cases were satisfactory. No serious complications were found. Conclusion:The oombi-nation of e-lectronic liposuction and negature pressure liposuction can improve the results of operations, reduce complications.更多还原
