【摘要】 目的:探讨老年桡骨远端骨折的治疗方法及临床疗效。方法:采用非手术及手术治疗老年桡骨远端骨折144例．非手术组112例,其中男性28例,女性104例;年龄60-92岁,平均69岁。手术组32例,其中男性9例．女性23例;年龄60 -85岁,平均62岁。按AO挠尺骨远端骨折的分型:A型16例,B1型18例,B2型15例,B3型12例,C1型29例,C2型25例,C3型25例。结果:疗效评价参考改良的Shea功能评估标准及结合外观有无畸形、患者对手功能的期望值和满意程度,非手术组:优48例．良42例．可14例,差8例;优良率为80％。手术组:优18例,良8例,可4例,差2例;优良率为81％。结论;对老年性桡骨远端骨折,应在尽可能的条件下尊重患者的主观期望要求,客观地选择治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the treatment methods and clinical outcomes of the aged distal radius fracture . Methods: 144 cases with fractures of distal radius were treated with non-operation and operation. The non-operation group included 112 cases ,28 males and 104 females , mean age was 69 years , range was 60-92 years. The operation group included 32 patients ,9 males and 23 females , mean age was 62 years .range was 60-85 years. The fractures were classified according to the AO classification of distal radial fracture, the results were 16 A,18 B1, 15 B2, 12 B3, 29 C1, 25 C2, 25 C3 Results:According to the improved Shea’s evaluation score and with outward appearance deformity , the expectations and satisfaction of the patients: in the non-operation group , there were 48 excellent , 42 good , 14 fair , 8 poor , the good-excellent rate was 80% .while in the operation group , were 18 excellent , 8 good , 4 fair , 2 poor , the good-excellent rate was 81 %. Conclusion : The treatment method of the aged distal radius fracture should be objectively choosed , respect the patient’s expectations and demands, as far as possible.更多还原
