【摘要】 目的:探讨闭合性十二指肠损伤的早期诊断和手术方法。方法:回顾性分析加例闭合性十二指肠损伤患者的诊断、治疗和预后资料。结果:20例患者都实施手术治疗,18例Ⅰ期愈合,1例延迟愈合,1例死亡。结论:确认或怀疑为十二指肠损伤的患者,应该立即行剖腹探查术。根据损伤程度及部位,采取不同的手术方法。术式的选择正确与否是降低术后并发症的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the early stage diagnosis and operation of closed duodenum damage. Methods: Diagnosis, treatments and prognosis for 20 cases patients suttered from closed duodenum damage were analyzed retrospectively. Results: All 20 patients were given operation. 18 cases were I stage healing, 1 case delay healing and 1 case was death. Conclusion: After the diagnosis were comf irmed, patients with the duodenum danmage should make exploratory laparotomy immediately. Different methods of opertions should be adopted according to the dgree of damage and position. The correct choice of methods of operations is the key of reducing postoperative syndrome.更多还原
