【摘要】 目的:分析丹参红花注射液介入治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死的疗效。方法:随访应用丹参红花注射液、尿激酶、罂粟碱、低分子右旋糖苷介入治疗77例(96髋)股骨头缺血坏死患者1-3年,按Ficat分期:Ⅰ期31髋,Ⅱ期65髋,比较治疗前后临床症状、髋关节功能及影像学改变。结果:经中西药物并用介入治疗后1-3年的Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者疼痛及生活能力较前改善(P<0．05),Ⅱ期患者关节活动度及行走距离较前改善(P<0．05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者治疗后DSA显示血管增多、增粗,部分血管再通,实质期染色变化;CT片显示不同程度骨质修复。结论:应用丹参红花注射液介入治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死有较好的中、远期疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the treatment out come of early-stage avascular necrosis of the femoral head with root of redrooted salvia and safflower injection. Methods:77 patients(96 hips) who had been diagnosed by both clinic and image examination were treated by Intervention with root of red-rooted salvia and safflower injection, urokinase,narceine and micromolecule dextran and foliaved up for 1-3 years. All of them were classified with ficat stage as stageⅠ31 hips, stageⅡ65 hips. Clinic symptoms, hip joint function and image changes before and after treatment were compared. Results: Pain and viability ere improve than before(P<0.05), joint movement and walking distance of stageⅡpatients had also been improved(P<0.05) .Showed that the number and wideness of blood vessels were increased.parts of which had revasaularization, and pigmentation changed in essential stage. it appeared that bone had been repaired on different level in CT image. Conclusion: it’s very effective to get root of red-rooted salvia and safflower involved in the interventional treatment of thighbone early-stage necrosis of the femoral head.更多还原
