【摘要】 目的:探讨盐酸米多君,复方氨基酸,50％葡萄糖治疗血液透析中症状性低血压的疗效。方法:回顾分析128例次治疗血液透析中症状性低血压的临床资料,总结盐酸米多君,复方氨基酸,50％葡萄糖这3种药不同用药时间对治疗症状性低血压的临床疗效。结果:在透前应用,有效率分别为:盐酸米多君77．3％,复方氨基酸83．3％,50％葡萄糖66．6％,3种药之间无显著差异;但盐酸米多君为口服剂片剂,应用时不依赖于其它科。在透析中出现症状后应用,有效率分别为:盐酸米多君8．3％,复方氨基酸71．4％,50％葡萄糖68．2％。盐酸米多君与另两种药相比有显著差异。结论:透析前应用以盐酸米多君为方便而有效;在透析中应用复方氨基酸与50％葡萄糖无显著差异,但远期效果以复方氨基酸为佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the effect of Midodrine hydrochioride tablets, Compound amino acid and 50% Glucose in the treat ment of low blood pressure in patients undergoing hemodialysis. Methods:Analyzed clinical data of the patients with the low blood pressure during the hemodialysis in 128 treatments, and compared the effect of midodrine hydrochloride tablets, compound amino acid. 50% glucose which were used at different time. Results: Applied before hemodialysis, the efficacy cvere 77.3%,83.3% and 66.6% in midodrine hydrochloride tablet group, compound amino acid group, and 50% glucose group, respectively. These three kinds of medicines did not show marked difference; but Midodrine Hydrochloride Tablets group was taked orally,It did not depend on the other section room.Applied during hemodialysis,the effect rate were 8.3%, 71.4%, 68.2% respectively in midodrine hydrochloride tablet group compound amino acid group, 50% glucose group. Compared with another two medicines, midodrine hydrochloride tablet showed marked difference. Conclusion:Applied before hemodialysis, midodrine hydrochloride tablet is convenient and effective. Applied during hemodialysis,It did not show marked difference with compound amino acid and 50% glucose,but for a long-term effect regarding compound amino acid is good.更多还原
