【摘要】 目的：探讨骨科围手术期抗生素合理应用的医学和经济学价值。方法：配合卫生部2004年底《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》的颁布,2005年我院对所有手术科室围手术期预防性应用抗生素的合理性进培训和监管,将2005年1月～9月资料与2004年同期资料比较并统计分析,观察抗生素合理应用后,患者抗生素平均应用天数、人均住院日、人均抗生素应用费用等情况的变化。结果：2005年在合理应用抗生素后与2004年同期相比：①骨科患者的抗生素平均应用天数有减少(t=3.088,P=0.037)；②人均住院日有降低(t=2.805,P=0.049)；③人均抗生素应用费用有减少(t=3.323,P= 0.029)(P＜0.05)。结论：在骨科围手术期合理应用抗生素是有医学和经济价值的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the medical economic value of given antibiotics rationally during the perioperation in orthopae- dics.Methods:The patients in orthopaedics who were given antibiotics rationally during the perioperation under the supervision in 2005 and no supervision in 2004 were in clucled.The days of using antibiotics,the hospitalization period and medical expense of using antibiotics etc were compared.Results:There were significanty differlnces in the das using antibiotics,the hospitaliza- tion period and medical expenses of using antibiotics nryerrm patients in 2044 and those in 2005 (P＜0.05).Conclusion:It is ef- fective and economical that given antibiotics rationally during the perioperation in orthopaedics.更多还原
