【摘要】 目的：了解自然绝经后妇女阴道出血病因、病理。方法：选择2003年1月～2005年12月在复旦大学附属中山医院妇科住院和门诊就诊、以绝经后阴道出血为主诉的患者98例。分为两组,Ⅰ组56例,绝经1年以上5年以下；Ⅱ组42例,绝经5年以上。观察两组患者引起阴道出血的原因。结果：Ⅰ组56例患者,引起阴道出血原因：良性疾患50例,占89.3%；恶性肿瘤6例,占10.7%。Ⅱ组42例患者,引起阴道出血原因：良性疾患27例,占64.3%；恶性肿瘤15例,占35.7%。两组结果经x~2检验示有显著差异P＜0.05。结论：绝经后阴道出血,以良性疾患为主要原因,绝经时间越长,恶性肿瘤发生机率越大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the pathogenesis and pathology of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding.Methods:A total of 98 women with postmenopausal vaginal bleeding were divided into two groups:GroupsⅠ56 women with menopause 1 to 5 years,GroupⅡ42 patients after menopause at least 5 years.The causes of the vaginal bleeding were compared between the two groups.Results:In groupⅠ,50 cases (89.3%) were benign diseases,and 6 (10.7%) malignant tumors.In GroupⅡ,27 cases (64.3%) were benign disease,and 15 (35.7%) were malignant tumor.The difference between the two groups was sig- nificant (χ~2 text,P＜0.05).Conclusion:The main causes of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding ware benign diseases.The inci- dence of malignant tumor is higher in senile women with long time after menopause.更多还原
