【摘要】 目的：探讨刮吸法原位脾切除术的优越性。方法：对肝硬化门脉高压性巨脾采用刮吸法原位脾切除的术中出血量、术后腹水情况、术后引流管转清时间、术后发热情况、术后门静脉血栓发生率等指标进行评估分析。结果：采用刮吸法原位脾切除术术中出血量少、术后出血少；引流管转清时间短；术后发热轻、持续时间短；术后门静脉血栓发生率低。结论：刮吸法原位脾切除术设计合理,可减轻术中、术后并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the advantage of Orthotopic Splenectomy by Curettage and Aspiration Technique.Meth- ods:Megalosplenia which were caused by hepatic cirrhosis and portal hypertension were orthotopic resected by curettage and aspiration technique in 50 cases.The amount of bleeding in surgery,ascitic situation after surgery,the period of the drain get- ting clear after surgery,height and stage of fervescence after surgery,the incidence of portal thrombus after surgery were e- valuated.Results:The amount of bleeding in surgery was less,the ascitic fluid after surgery was less,the period of the drain getting clear after surgery was short,the fever after surgery was low and short,the incidence of portal thrombus after surgery was low,when the method of orthotopic splenectomy by curettage and aspiration technique was employed.Conclusion:The method of orthotopic splenectomy by curettage and aspiration technique is rational,it can reduce the complications which may be caused by surgery.更多还原
