【摘要】 目的:探讨关节镜微创技术在治疗胫骨平台骨折中的作用。方法:对2001～2004年用关节镜微创技术结合C臂机治疗35例涉及关节面的胫骨平台骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。男性26例,女性9例;平均年龄43．2岁。根据 AO Müller分型,trpeB型21例．trpeC型14例。均在关节镜监视下行胫骨平台骨折切开复位内固定术,术后均行膝关节 CPM功能锻炼。结果:术后随访10～28个月,骨折均达临床愈合。其中有3例平台仍有1～2mm塌陷．1例膝关节活动度为10°～90°,并发骨性关节炎3例。根据Merchant膝关节功能评分:优32例,良2例。可1例,优良率97．1％。结论:采用关节镜微创技术治疗涉及关节面胫骨平台骨折,可降低术后骨性关节炎及关节功能障碍的发生率,减少2次手术的可能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the action of arthroscopy tiny-hurt technique for the fracture-of-tibial-plateau treatment. Methods:We did the retrospective analysis with the 35 cases of fracture-of-tibial-plateau related to the articularis, who were treated with arthroscopy tiny-hurt technique and C-arm machine in our section office between 2001 to 2004. The male were 26 cases and the fernale were 9 cases,and the average age was 43.2 years. According to AO Muller criterion, type B 21 cases and type C 14 cases . They were all treated with the incision-diaplasis-infixation method guarded with arthroscopy. Results: All the patients were followed up from to 28 months. They were all accorded with clinical concrescence. Among all the cases, 3 cases had the 1-2mm dent of tibial-plateau and 1 case had the 10°-90° knee-joint territory and 3 cases had the osteal arthritis syndrome. According to MerChant postoperative evaluation criterion, the operative result was evaluated as excellent in 32 cases, good in 2 cases and average in 1 case,the rate of excellent and good cases was 97.1%. Conclusion:The clinical results of applying the arthroscopy technique to treat fracture-of-tibial-plateau related to the articularis is sure. It can reduce the arisesrate of osteal arthritis and arthral funtion-drawback after the operation. It also can reduce the feasibility of quadric operation.更多还原
