【摘要】 目的探讨沂蒙山区育龄妇女现应用IUD的状况及影响IUD应用效果的相关因素。方法抽取11个乡镇及1个城区的53 190名应用IUD避孕的育龄妇女,对放置IUD后带器妊娠、疼痛、出血、脱落及其丈夫是否不适等进行问卷调查,同时,对使用IUD者的生理状况、文化程度、从事的职业及放置IUD的地点、应用IUD前后的心理状况一并填写问卷。与生殖健康体检同时进行。汇总调查资料,应用SAS9.0软件进行统计学处理。结果目前,沂蒙山区育龄妇女应用人数较多并仍在应用的6种IUD,按累积续用率排序为:活性165,爱母记忆型,高支撑含铜,吉妮(固定式),宫形药铜,宫形含铜。其中新型IUD爱母记忆型、吉妮与活性165、高支撑含铜IUD比较,带器妊娠、脱落差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);爱母记忆型与宫形药铜、宫形含铜IUD比较,吉妮与宫形含铜IUD比较,带器妊娠差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。影响IUD应用的相关因素较多,其中,子宫位置、文化程度、从事职业影响差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沂蒙山区育龄妇女目前应用人数较多且正在使用的IUD有6种,IUD的应用效果受到多种因素的影响,在IUD的应用过程中,应更多地体现个性化和人性化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To survey the current situation of the application of intrauterine device(IUD) and correlative factors.Methods Questionnaires were distributed to 53190 women of child-bearing age from 11 towns and one urban district to collect data about pregnancy due to failure of IUD,pain,hemorrhage,coming-off of IUD as well as their husbands’ adaptatioto IUDs.Other data of IUD users,physiological conditions,education backgrounds,vocations as well as the place where they received IUDs were also collected at the same time.Physical examinations concerning reproduction wre conducted during the surveys.The statistics were processed by menas SAS 9.0 software.Results Six brands of IUD were commonly used.According to the rate of cumulative continuous application,they can be sequenced as follows:Active 165,Aimujiyi device,High-supporting copper device,Jini fixing device,medicinal copper device and copper-containing device.Statistical differences were found between the applications of Aimoujiyi divice,Jini fixing device and high-supporting copper device(P<0.05) in terms of pregancy and coming off of IUD,and statistical differences could be found between Aimujiyi device,Jinifixing device,Active 165 and high-supporting copper divice in terms of pregnancy(P<0.05).Correlative factors such as the uterine position,education background and vocation can produce significant differences in the effects of IUD(P<0.05).Conclusion 6 brands of IUD are now commonly used in women of child-bearing age in Yimengshan mountain area.The effects of IUD can be affected by many factors.The application of IUD must be used differently according to women’s personality and based on humanity.更多还原
