【摘要】 目的探讨四肢主要血管损伤的早期诊断和治疗方法,提高疗效。方法应用显微外科技术治疗四肢血管损伤58例,单纯吻合26例,自体静脉移植修复32例。结果治愈58例,占98.3%;截肢1例,占1.7%。结论早期诊断的关键是严密观察患肢缺血表现,应用显微外科技术修复血管有助于降低截肢率,提高血管通畅率,血管缺损运用自体静脉移植是首选方法,术后注意骨筋膜室综合征的发生和及早切开减压能提高治愈率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the early diagnosis,and treatment of main vessel injury in limbs.Methods 58 cases of vessel injury in limbs were treated with microsurgery,of which 26 received simple anastomasis,and others received autotransplantation of veins.Results 58 cases recovered,and one case got amputation.Conclusion Close observation on the ischemia in wounded limbs is the key early diagnosis.Microsurgery can help to reduce amputation rates and improve the blood flow.Autotransplantation can be the best choice to treat vessel defects.Prevention of facsical syndromes and early fasciotomy for decompression can help to get high curative rate.更多还原
