【摘要】 目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者脂肪肝与胰岛素抵抗(IR)、血脂紊乱的关系。方法将104例T2DM患者分为合并脂肪肝与无合并脂肪肝组,对空腹甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹血胰岛素(FINS)、体重指数(BMI)及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)进行比较分析。结果两组患者TG、LDL、FINS、BMI、HOMA-IR比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论T2DM并脂肪肝患者存在明显的IR及脂代谢紊乱,提示减轻IR,防止高胰岛素血症,维持正常脂质代谢,对预防脂肪肝的发生有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study and analyse the relationship between insulin resistance,dyslipidemia and fatty liver in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 104 cases of patients with T2DM were divided into the fatty liver group and non-fatty liver group.The difference between two groups in terms of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL),high density lipoprotein(HDL),fasting blood Glucose(FBG),fasting blood insulin(FINS),the body mass index(BMI)and HOMA-IR were analyzed here.Results There was significant difference between two groups in terms of TG、LDL、FINS、BMI and HOMA-IR(P<0.05).Conclusion The fatty liver in T2DM is significantly related to dyslipidemia and insulin resistance.Reducing the insulin resistance,proventing high insulin and normal lipid metabolism play an important role in preventing fatty liver.更多还原
