【摘要】 目的:检测慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜(CITP)患者及非免疫性血小板减少症患者的抗血小板特异性抗体,评价其诊断价值。方法:建立单克隆抗体特异性俘获血小板抗原技术并加以改进(改良MAIPA法)借以检测CITP患者、慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)患者、肿瘤化疗后血小板减少患者抗血小板GPⅡb/Ⅲa、GPⅠb/Ⅸ的特异性抗体。结果:CITP组血小板糖GPⅡb/Ⅲa、GPⅠb/Ⅸ抗体的总阳性率高于CAA组和肿瘤化疗组,且差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.56,P<0.01和χ2=13.02,P<0.01)。结论:在CITP患者中血小板特异性抗体有较高的特异性,具有较高诊断价值,且2种抗体的功效相同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of platelet glycoprotein-specific autoantibody detection between chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura and other nonimmune thrombocytopenias.Method:Anti-GPⅡb/Ⅲa and anti-GPⅠb/Ⅸ autoantibodies were detected by a modified monoclonal antibody immobilization of platelet antigens assay(modified MAIPA).Result:The total positive rate of antibodies against platelet GPⅡb/Ⅲa、GPⅠb/Ⅸ in ITP was significantly higher than that in CAA and chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenias(χ~2=(15.56),P<(0.01);χ~2=(13.02),P<(0.01),respectively).Conclusion:Platelet glycoprotein-specific autoantibody had high specificity for the chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,and had great value in the diagnosis for immune thrombocytopenias.Anti-GPⅡb/Ⅲa antibodies had the same value as anti-GPⅠb/Ⅸ.更多还原
