【摘要】 目的评估炎性肠病患者使用硫唑嘌呤后因不良反应引起停药的比例及原因。方法对1995至2005年期间北京协和医院和中日友好医院住院病例中使用硫唑嘌呤的31例炎性肠病患者进行回顾性分析。结果7例患者因为出现不良反应而终止治疗,其中6例(19.4%)不良反应发生在用药4周内。结论早期不良反应是引起炎性肠病患者停止硫唑嘌呤治疗的主要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the rate of side effects leading to discontinuation of azathioprine.Methods Thirty-one patients,hospitalized in Peking Union Medical College Hospital and China-Japan Friendship Hospital from 1995 to 2005,were retrospectively analysed.Results In 7 patients azathioprine was preliminary discontinued due to adverse events and in 6 of these patients(19.4%)adverse events occurred within 4 weeks after the onset of therapy.Conclusion Early adverse reaction is the main cause of azathioprine premature discontinuation in inflammatory bowel disease.更多还原
