【摘要】 目的探讨无症状肠结核的结肠镜检诊断。方法回顾性分析本院1997年1月至2004年12月结肠镜检查诊断的无症状肠结核14例资料。结果结肠镜下表现:病变部位:11例位于回盲部或回肠末端,3例位于结肠;分型:炎症型3例,溃疡型4例,增殖型2例,混合型5例。病检:9例活检病理诊断肠结核,1次阳性5例,2次或以上阳性4例。结论结肠镜检重点观察肠结核好发部位及病变特征,结合活检是诊断无症状肠结核的重要手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the colonoscopy in the diagnosis of intestinal tuberculosis in asymptomatic patients.Methods Retrospectively analyzed 14 cases underwent asymptomatic intestinal tuberculosis diagnosed by colonoscopy from January 1997 to December 2004 of Yichang central hospital.Results The main manifestations of colonoscopy showed that the pathological changes of 11 cases located on ileocecal or terminal ileum,the other 3 cases situated on colon.In 14 cases,3 cases were inflammatory type,4 cases were ulcerous type,2 cases were proliferous type and 5 cases were mixed type.Concerning pathology,9 cases were diagnosed intestinal tubercolosis by pathological methods,5 cases were diagnosed by one time check and 4 cases by two or more times pathological check.Conclusion The pathological changes aspect and feature of intestinal tuberculosis were our emphasis observed component by colonoscopy.Colonoscopy conjugated with biopsy was the important means to diagnosis asymptomatic intestinal tuberculosis.更多还原
