【摘要】 目的通过分析结肠癌中Ang-2蛋白表达与结肠癌病理因素的关系,探讨Ang-2蛋自在结肠癌发生中的临床意义。方法用S-P免疫组化法检测31例结肠癌中Ang-2蛋白表达情况,并用SPSS10．0 for Windows软件统计分析Ang-2与临床病理因素的关系。以20例溃疡性结肠炎,21例结肠腺瘤和10例正常结肠黏膜作为对照组。结果结肠癌中Ang-2蛋白表达阳性率明显高于正常结肠黏膜组织(P(0．05),从溃疡性结肠炎、结肠腺瘤到结肠癌中Ang-2蛋白表达阳性率不同且具有递增趋势。Ang-2蛋白表达与结肠癌的 Duke’s分期及有无淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0．05)。结论 Ang-2蛋白过度表达在结肠癌发生中具有一定的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation of Ang-2 protein expression on colonic carinoma with its clinicopathological parameters. Methods Ang-2 protein expression was measured by immunohistochemistry in resection specimens from 31 colonic carcinoma patients ,20 ulcera tive colitis,21 colon adenoma and 10 normal colon tissues respectively. Its clinicopathologic relation was analysised by SPSS 10. 0 for Windows software. Results The positive rate of Ang-2 protein expression in colonic carcinoma was higher than that in normal colon tissues(P<0. 05) ,its expression positive rate had a discrepancy and a increased tendency from ulcerative colitis to colon adenoma to colonic carcinoma in turn. The positive rate of Ang-2 protein expression was significantly correlated with the clinicopathologic parameters such as the Duke * s stage and the lymph nodes metastasis in colonic carcinoma (P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion The overexpression of Ang-2 protein was partly contribute to the formation of colonic carcinoma.更多还原
