【摘要】 目的:对带锁髓内钉内固定治疗下肢长骨骨折的临床效果进行评价。方法:回顾性分析我院2000年1月~2005年1月应用带锁髓内钉内固定治疗的长骨骨折265例,其中胫腓骨骨折176例,股骨骨折89例;闭合性骨折139例,开放性骨折126例;新鲜骨折238例,陈旧性骨折27例。结果:本组265例获得随访,随访平均8个月。骨性愈合251例,延迟愈合14例,术后伤口感染2例。按Johner-wruh标准评定:优211例,良40例,中14例,优良率95%。平均愈合时间7个月。结论:带锁髓内钉治疗下肢长骨骨折具有适应证广、创伤小、固定可靠、功能恢复快等优点,可作为长骨骨折治疗的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the clinical effects of intramedullary interlocking nails in treatment of lower limb long bone shaft fracture.Methods:From Jan.2000 to Jan.2005,265 patients with lower limb long bone shaft fractures were treated with intramedullary interlocking nails.176 patients with tibial-fibular fracture,89 ones with thigh fracture,139 ones with closed fracture,126 ones with open fracture,238 ones with fresh fracture and 27 ones with old fracture.Results:265 patients were followed up,the average follow-up period was 8 months.251 patients got bone healing,14 patients had delayed healing,2 patients got infections.According to the Johner-wruh criteria,211 patients had an excellent outcome,40 patients had good outcome,and 14 patients had satisfactory outcome,The excellent and good rate was 95%,average healing time was 7 months.Conclusion:Intramedullary interlocking nails is more suitable for lower limb long bone shaft fracture,its fixation is reliable,trauma less,function recovery fast.It can be used as first-choice therapy in lower limb long bone shaft fracture.更多还原
