【摘要】 目的探讨Survivin基因在乳腺良性肿瘤、乳腺癌组织中表达的临床意义及其与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学法(SP法)检测14例乳腺纤维腺瘤、62例乳腺癌组织中Survivin基因和VEGF的表达。结果Survivin在乳腺癌和乳腺纤维腺瘤组织中表达的阳性率分别为67.7%和7.1%(P<0.01)。而VEGF在乳腺癌和纤维腺瘤组织中的阳性率分别为72.6%和42.9%(P<0.05)。乳腺癌组织中Survivin表达水平与VEGF表达相关(peearson系数0.569),与患者临床病理特征无关(P>0.05)。结论Survivin基因在乳腺癌组织的发生中可能起一定的作用,且Survivin基因可能参与了肿瘤的血管形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and the clinical significance of Survivin and VEGF in benign and malignant breast tumors.Methods The expression of Survivin and VEGF was detected in 14 cases of breast fibroadenomas and 62 cases of breast cancers by immunohistochemical method.Results The positive rate of Survivin was 67.7% in breast cancer,significantly higher than that in breast fibroadenoma(7.1%,P<0.01).The positive rate of VEGF was 72.6% in breast cancer,significantly higher than that in breast fibroadenoma(42.9%,P<0.05).The expression of Survivin was strongly correlated with the expression of VEGF(pearson 0.569),while it was independent of patient’s clinicopathological factors(P>0.05).Conclusion The Survivin gene may play an important role in the development of breast carcinomas and involve in the angiopoiesis of breast carcinomas.更多还原
