【摘要】 目的通过临床和试验研究,确定地塞米松-氢氧化钙糊剂在根管治疗中的临床疗效。方法选择200例牙髓炎和根尖周炎的患者,随机分试验组(地塞米松-氢氧化钙糊剂组)、对照组(甲醛甲酚组)各100例,观察封药7d后的临床疗效。结果两组效果有显著差异,地塞米松-氢氧化钙糊剂显效率(90%)优于甲醛甲酚(67%)。结论地塞米松-氢氧化钙糊剂能有效的预防和降低根管治疗期间疼痛和水肿的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the effect of calcium hydroxide dexamethesone in root canal therapy as an intracanal medication. Methods: Two hundred patients with chronic pulpitis or chronic apical disease randomly allocated to the formocresol group (control) and the calcium hydroxide dexamethesone groups with 100 in each group. The clinical effect after 7 days was observed. Results: There were significant differences of effective rate between two groups:90% for calcium hydroxide dexamethesone group and 67% for formocresol group. Conclusion: Calcium hydroxide dexamethesone paste is superior to formocresol as an intracanal medication in root canal therapy.更多还原
