【摘要】 目的介绍右侧腋下小切口剖胸体外循环下心内直视手术经验。方法于2002年4月~2006年6月共行右腋下小切口心内直视手术37例,其中房间隔缺损20例,室间隔缺损16例,法乐氏四联症1例。结果36例治愈出院,1例死于肺动脉高压。结论右腋下小切口心脏直视手术具有创伤小、恢复快、简便、安全、美容效果好等优点,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To introduce experience of open heart surgery through right subaxillary minithoractomy. Methods: Thirty-seven patients underwent open heart surgery through subaxillary minithoractomy during Apr. 2002 to Jun. 2006, including 20 with atrial septal defect, 16 with ventricular septal defect and 1 with Tetralogy of Fallot. Results: All patients recovered but 1 died of pulmonary hypertension. Conclusion: Open heart surgery through right subaxillary minithoractomy is minimally invasive, safe and easily performed. Patients are satisfied with quick recovery and excellent cosmetic effect.更多还原
