【摘要】 目的探讨髓过氧化物酶(MPO)作为炎症性肠病(IBD)病情活动监测指标的临床价值。方法分别观察了15例IBD活动组患者[其中活动期溃疡性结肠炎(UC)10例,活动期克罗恩病(CD)5例]、15例IBD非活动组患者(其中缓解期UC10例,缓解期CD5例)、12例对照组患者结肠粘膜病理变化,按Oshitani评分标准和D’haens评分标准进行UC和CD组织学评分,测定结肠黏膜MPO活性。结果IBD活动组、IBD非活动组病理组织评分均比对照组高,IBD活动组病理组织评分亦较IBD非活动组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。IBD活动组、IBD非活动组肠粘膜MPO活性均较对照组高,IBD活动组MPO活性较IBD非活动组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论MPO活性与IBD病情活动程度呈正相关,可作为IBD病情活动的监测指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the monitoring action of the expression myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity in the active inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Methods: Fifteen active IBD patients including 10 active ulcerative colitis(UC) patients and 5 active crohn’s disease(CD) patients, 15 inactive IBD patients (including 10 inactive UC patients and 5 inactive CD patients.) and 12 control patients were selected. According to Oshitani and D’haens criteria,the UC and CD histological score were processed. Pathology and MPO activity were determined on the endoscopic biopsy specimens of all patients. Results: Bowel mucosal histological score of active IBD patients and inactive IBD patients are higher than that of control patients (P<0.01); Bowl mucosal histological score of active IBD patients is also higher than that of inactive IBD inflammation patients (P< 0.01 ). Bowel mucosal MPO activity of active IBD patients and inactive IBD patients are higher than that of control patients (P< 0.01 ); Bowl mucosal MPO activity of active IBD patients is also higher than that of inactive IBD inflammation patients (P< 0.01 ). Conclusion: Bowel mucosal MPO activity could be used as a index monitoring the activity of IBD.更多还原
