【摘要】 目的:观察和分析胫骨平台骨折切开复位内固定的治疗效果。方法:运用切开复位内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折35例,男21例,女14例;年龄20~67岁,平均43.2岁。按Schazker分型:II型13例,III型8例,IV型9例,V型2例,VI型3例。结果:35例患者均获得随访,随访时间9~13个月,平均11.4个月。根据Hohl膝关节功能评分法,优24例,良7例,中3例,差1例,优良率89.5%。结论:切开复位内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折疗效好,术后膝关节功能恢复满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of the open reduction and internal fixation on tibial plateau fracture.Methods:From july 2003 to January 2005,thirty-five cases of tibial plateau fractures were treated with opening reduction and internal fixation and bone graft.The mean age of the patients was 43.2 years(20~67years) and there were 21 males and 14 females.According to the Schazker claddification,13 were of type II,8 of type III,9 of type IV,2 of type V,and 3 of type VI.Results:All 35 cases were available at following-up for mean duration of 11.4 months(9~13 months).The results were estimated according to Hohl knee functional result.There were 24 cases with excellent heal,7 with good,3 with normal,and 1 with bad.The rate of fineness was 89.5%.Conclusion:It is effective to treat tibial plateau fractures with opening reduction and internal fixation and the knee joint functional recover is good.更多还原
