肾癌组织与正常肾组织Fas及其配基表达
Expression of Fas and FasL in Renal Cellular Carcinoma and Controlled Normal Kidney Tissues
【摘要】 目的:探讨Fas及其配体基因在肾癌与正常肾组织中表达的意义。方法:42例肾癌组织和13例正常肾组织采用免疫组化法检测Fas/FasL基因在肾癌与正常肾组织的表达并进行分析。结果:Fas在肾癌组织阳性表达率52.4%,明显低于正常肾组织。FasL阳性表达率54.8%,显著高于正常肾组织(P<0.05);Fas/FasL在肾癌的病理分级中表达的差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:Fas/FasL系统在肾癌组织中的异常表达可能参与了恶性肿瘤的形成。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expressions of Fas and FasL in renal cellular carcinoma and normal renal cell.Methods:Fas and FasL expressions were assayed by means of immunohistochemical SP technique in 42 cases of renal cellular carcinomas and 13 cases of controlled normal kidney tissues.Results:Fas expression rate in renal cellular carcinomas was 52.4%,lower than that in the controlled normal kidney tissues(P<0.05),but FasL expression rate in renal cellular carcinoma was higher than that in controlled normal kidney tissue(P<0.05).There was no significantly different between the expressions of Fas and FasL in renal cell carcinoma grade(P>(0.05)).Conclusion: The abnormal expressions of Fas/FasL in renal cellular carcinoma may take part in the developing of malignant tumor.
