【摘要】 目的:探讨复杂性视网膜脱离术后病人不舒适发生率及原因,为临床护理提供依据。方法:选择眼底外科行玻璃体切割联合腔内填充手术后,采取俯卧位的病人38例,应用视觉模拟评分法,调查病人卧位期间不舒适发生率及引起不舒适的原因。结果:有29例病人感觉不舒适,发生率为76.3%;术后疼痛和持续面朝下俯卧位是引起不舒适的主要原因。结论:减轻术后疼痛,在使裂孔处于最高位的基础上,适当变换体位,可提高视网膜脱离手术后病人的舒适程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the incidence and causes of discomfort after surgeries in patients with complexity retinal detachment.Methods:Thirty-eight patients who took prone position after vitrectomy combined with silicone oil or C3F8 tamponade were randomly selected.The incidence and causes of discomfort were investigated during clinostatism by visual analogue scales.Results:Twenty-nine patients felt discomfort.The incidence was 76.3%.The main reasons of discomfort were pain and lasting prone position after surgery.Conclusion:Appropriate transformation of posture that is based on relieving pain and making hiatus being on the top after surgery could improve patients’ comfort degree after retinal detachment surgeries.更多还原
