【摘要】 目的:探讨外耳道胆脂瘤的生物学行为及其治疗。方法:回顾性分析经病理确诊的9例外耳道胆脂瘤患者的临床资料并复习相关文献。结果:该病常见的临床表现为耳流脓和慢性耳钝痛。所有病例均有不同程度、不同方向的骨性外耳道侵蚀、扩大。4例病变局限的患者行保守性的耳道清理术,病变广泛的5例行手术治疗,彻底根除胆脂瘤囊袋和坏死骨质。均治愈出院,随访6个月至4年未见复发。结论:外耳道胆脂瘤可能发展成广泛性的乳突破坏,尽早彻底清除病灶是根治该病、防止并发症发生的唯一手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the biological behaviour and treatment of external acoustic meatus cholesyeatoma.Methods: Nine cases of external acoustic meatus cholesyeatoma were reported retrospectives and the relative literatures were reviewed.All cases were diagnosed by pathobiology.Results: The clinical manifestation usually presented with chronic otorrhoea and dull otalgia.All cases of external acoustic meatus cholesyeatoma were presented bone erosion of ear canal from trivial to severe.Small lesions(4 cases) were treated with meatus debridement while larger lesions(5 cases) required surgery to remove the cholesyeatoma sac and necrotic bone.Conclusion:The disease can progress to extensive mastoid destruction.Early complete surgical treatment is the best method.更多还原
