【摘要】 目的探讨通心络胶囊治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效及安全性。方法将100例血管性痴呆患者随机分成两组各50例,研究组给予通心络胶囊9粒.d-1.Tid治疗,对照组给予脑复康片2.4g.d-1.Tid。疗程为6mo。采用简易精神状态检查量表、神经精神调查量表、工具性日常生活能力量表、Hachinski缺血指数量表评定临床疗效。结果研究组总有效率为70%,对照组为56%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组治疗后各量表评分均较治疗前有显著改善,差异均有显著或极显著性(P<0.05或0.01);两组间简易精神状态检查量表评分差异有显著性(P<0.05),神经精神调查量表;两组不良反应均轻微。结论通心络胶囊治疗血管性痴呆患者疗效显著,安全性高,依从性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effects and safety of Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of vascular dementia. Methods 100 patients with vascular dementia were randomly divided into research group(n=50,took 9 TongxingLuo capsules/d tid) and control group(n=50,did piracetam 2.4g/d tid) for 6 months. Curative effects were assessed with the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),NPI,IADL and Hachinski Ischemia Score(HIS). Results The total effective rates were 70% in research group and 56% in control group respectively,which showed significant difference(P<0.05). Compared with pre-treatment,after treatment scores of all scales significantly improved,differences were significant or very significant(P<0.05 or 0.01). There was obvious difference in the score of the MMSE between the 2 groups(P<0.05). Side effects of both 2 groups were milder. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule has marked curative effect,higher safety and better compliance.更多还原
