【摘要】 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者抑郁状况及其相关的社会心理因素和生物因素。方法采用抑郁自评量表对71例2型糖尿病患者和97例健康老年进行调查,采用医学应对量表、社会支持评定量表对糖尿病患者发生抑郁者进行评定分析。结果糖尿病患者抑郁发生率为59·2%,对照组为5·2%,两组差异有极显著性(P<0.001)。2型糖尿病患者抑郁的发生与社会支持总分、医学应对中的面对因子呈负相关,与医学应对中的回避、血糖、女性、病程、初中以下文化程度、体重指数、并发症数目等因子呈正相关。结论2型糖尿病患者抑郁的发生率较高,与多种社会心理因素相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore depression state and its relative psycho-social and biological factors in the patients with type Ⅱ diabetes. Methods 71 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes and 97 healthy senile persons were assessed with the Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) ,the Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ) and the Social Support Measure Scale(SSMS). Results Incidences of depression were 60% in the patients and 5% in healthy controls, difference was the most significant(P<0.01).Occurrence of depression was negatively correlated to the total score of the SSMS and face-to-face score of the MCMQ and positively to avoidance, blood glucose, with woman, course of illness, lower education level, BMI, complications of the MCMQ. Conclusion The incidence of depression in type Ⅱdiabetic patients is higher and relative to various psycho-social factors.更多还原
