【摘要】 目的探讨立体定向血肿腔内置管抽吸和尿激酶溶解治疗脑出血的效果。方法对25例脑出血患者,采用立体定向血肿腔内置管治疗进行回顾性分析。结果本组死亡3例,病死率为11%,生存22例;恢复良好16例,占64%;中残4例,占16%;重残2例,占8%。在随访期间死亡1例。结论该术式操作较简单,置管位置准确,损伤小,再出血发生率低,手术效果好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of stereo-tactic puncture and drainage with catheter in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Twenty-five patients treated by stereo-tactic puncture and drainage were retrospectively analyzed.Rusults Of 25 patients,3 died, the death rate was 11%,22 were survived, of which 16 (64%) patients recovered well, moderate disability in 4(16%) cases, severe disability in 2 cases (8%), one patient died during the follow-up period. Conclusions With simple carry,accurate location,less damage and low rate of rehemorrhage,this method has a good therapeutic effect for treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.更多还原
