微管相关蛋白2在难治性癫患者颞叶中的表达

【摘要】 目的:研究微管相关蛋白2(MAP2)在难治性癫患者颞叶中的表达,探索其在难治性癫中的作用。方法:收集难治性癫患者术后脑组织,用免疫组化法从蛋白水平测定MAP2在难治性癫患者脑组织中的表达,并与对照组进行比较。结果:免疫组化检测发现目的蛋白MAP2比对照组明显增加(t=5.338,P<0.05),这种蛋白主要分布在神经元的树突和轴突。结论:MAP2在难治性癫患者脑组织表达增强,提示他们可能参与了难治性癫的形成。

【Abstract】 Aim: To investigate the expression of microtubule-associated protein 2 (MAP2) in the temporal lobes of the patients with intractable epilepsy(IE). Methods: MAP2 protein expression in brain tissue of IE patients and Nonepileptogenic control was studied by using immunohistochemistry. Results: The immunohistochemistry data showed that the expression of MAP2 in epilepsy patients was significantly higher than those in the control group (t = 5.338,P <0.05), and the protein was mainly expressed in the axon and dendrite of the neuron. Conclusion: The study shows that upregulation of MAP2 is seen in the patients with IE. It is suggested that MAP2 might be involed in IE pathogeneticsis.
