【摘要】 目的:探讨急性脊髓损害为表现的主动脉夹层分离破裂患者。方法:对我院8例以急性脊髓损害为表现的主动脉夹层分离破裂患者进行回顾性分析。结果:以急性脊髓损害为表现的主动脉夹层分离破裂患者,确诊的时间与死亡有相关性。>6h诊断,死亡5例。结论:尽早明确诊断以急性脊髓损害为表现的主动脉夹层分离破裂的患者,能降低患者的死亡率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: To discuss the patients with lacerated aortic dissection presenting as acute lesions of spinal cord. Methods: Retrospectively analysing the 8 cases of lacerated aortic dissection presented with acute lesions of spinal cord. Results: The patients with lacerated aortic dissection presenting as acute lesions of spinal cord, the time of diagnose was correlative with mortality rate . Five cases died due to the time of diagnosis over six hours. Conclusion: Early diagnosis of the patients with lacerated aortic dissection presenting as acute lesions of spinal cord could reduce the mortality rate.更多还原
