【Abstract】 Here is reported a 70-year-old man who complained of multiple verrucous papules on his trunk for thirty years. In the past three months, the seborrheic keratosis on his chest rapidly increased with a dyspnea. The diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma was confirmed by CT, endoscopic examination and biopsy.更多还原
