【摘要】 报告1例阴茎疣状癌并发皮角。患者男,33岁。阴茎龟头部赘生物伴恶臭2年余。皮肤科检查见龟头部有一4cm×4cm×5cm大的肿块,表面湿润,呈颗粒状,伴感染、化脓和坏死,龟头1点钟处包皮内可见3cm长的角化性赘生物。经皮损组织病理检查诊断为鳞状细胞癌,癌细胞侵及阴茎海绵体;赘生物高度角化过度,基底部可见表皮增生和炎性细胞浸润。人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)6/11、16/18DNA实时PCR扩增结果均为阳性。腹股沟淋巴结穿刺未见癌细胞。治疗上采取阴茎大部切除术。更多还原

【Abstract】 To report one case of verrucous carcinoma associated with cutaneous horn of glans penis. A 33-year-old male patient presented with glans penis discomfort over 2 years. Physical examination showed a large verrucous mass about 4 cm ×4 cm × 5 cm on his glans penis with a 3 cm long nontender, keratotic lesion projecting from the superior portion of the big mass. Squamous cell carcinoma and cutaneous horn were diagnosed histopathologically. HPV subtypes 6/11 and 16/18 were positive by real-time PCR analysis. Partial phallectomy was performed and the patient is still under follow-up.更多还原
