黑素瘤细胞生长因子表达及微血管密度研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)在人黑素瘤中的表达和微血管密度(MVD)的关系。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测42例黑素瘤组织中的VEGF、bFGF的表达;利用第Ⅷ因子相关抗原(FⅧ-RAg)血管内皮细胞特异性染色,对肿瘤MVD进行计数和分析。结果:42例黑素瘤组织中,表达VEGF32例,bFGF29例,两指标均表达25例,VEGF与bFGF的表达呈正相关,VEGF、bFGF表达与淋巴结转移有关;色素痣组织不表达VEGF、bFGF;黑素瘤MVD明显高于色素痣。结论:MVD随着VEGF、bFGF表达的增强而增加,VEGF和bFGF在促进黑素瘤血管形成和促进肿瘤转移方面起协同作用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)and microvessel density(MVD)in human malignant melanoma(MM).Methods:Tissue sections from 42 MM patients were examined.The expression of VEGF,bFGF was detected using immunohistochemistry technique and morphological quantitative analysis of MVD was also counted by vascular endothelial cell immunostaining with anti-FⅧ-RAg antibody.Results:In 42 specimens of MM tissue,VEGF was expressed in 32 specimens,bFGF was expressed in 29 specimens and 25 specimens expressed the both.There was no expression of VEGF、bFGF in nevus pigmentosus.The MVD of MM was significantly higher than that of pigmented mole.Conclusion:The number of the MVD increases along with the high expression of VEGF and bFGF in MM.There is positive correlation between VEGF and bFGF.There is a relationship between the expression of VEGF,bFGF and the metastasis of lymph node.
