A young male presented symmetric erythema on the palms and soles 4 hours after oral administration of furazolidone.The red macules ranged 1～3 cm2 in size,and the morphology varied from ovary to spindle-like shape with a clear margin.Slight itching was obviously accompanied.The lesions were finally faded away 7 days later without any localized pigmentary changes.There was similar onset of the eruption within recent 3 years.Oral provocation was positive.It was diagnosed as nonpigmenting fixed drug eruption.
