肿瘤坏死因子α2等位基因与系统性红斑狼疮相关性分析
The association analysis between TNF-α2 allele and systemic lupus erythematosus
【摘要】 目的:探讨肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α基因在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)发病中的作用。方法:采用聚合酶链反应和限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)基因分型方法,检测98例SLE患者TNF-α等位基因,分析了TNF-α等位基因与SLE患者某些临床指标的相关性。结果:携带TNF-α2等位基因的SLE患者的肾炎发生率和抗SSA抗体阳性率显著高于未携带TNF-α2等位基因的SLE患者(P<0.05)。结论:TNF-α2等位基因可能与狼疮性肾炎和抗SSA抗体相关。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the role of tumor necrosis factor(TNF)α2 allele in the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods:Genotyping with PCR-RFLP was used to detect TNF-α2 alleles in 98 patients with SLE.The association of TNF-α2 allele and some clinical features were analyzed.Results:The results showed that the incidence of nephritis and the positivity rate of anti-SSA antibody in SLE patients with TNF-α2 allele were significantly higher than those with no TNF-α2 allele(P < 0.05).Conclusion:This study suggests that TNF-α2 allele might be associated with the pathogenesis of lupus nephritis and anti-SSA antibody.
