【摘要】 目的研究尼卡地平对心内传导系统的影响。方法选择安歌拉灰兔20只,随机分为两组:A组(n=10)尼卡地平0.01 mg/kg;B组(n=10)尼卡地平0.02 mg/kg;均30 s注完。测定用药前、后BP、HR、窦房传导时间(SACT)、最大窦房结恢复时间(SNRTmax)、校正窦房结恢复时间(CSNRT)及窦房结恢复时间指数(SNRTI)、文氏A-V传导频率(WB)、P-R间期、QRS波。结果用药前、后两组BP、HR均有明显改变,其他指标差异均无显著意义。结论两组剂量尼卡地平对兔心内传导系统没有明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of nicardipine on heart conduction system.Methods Twenty rabbits were randomly divided into two groups with 10 rabbits each.Nicardipine 0.01mg/kg was injected in group A and 0.02mg/kg in group B.Before and after nicardipine infusion,blood pressure(BP),heart rate(HR),sinoatrial conduction time(SACT),maximum sinoatrial node(recovery) time(SNRTmax),correction sinoatrial dode recovery time(CSNRT),index of sinoatrial node recovery time(SNRTI),atrial-venlricular Wemckebach block(WB),P-R interval and QRS were recorded and analyzed.Results BP and HR were changed significantly after drug administration in two groups,but the rest criteria were not.Conclusion The infusion of two groups nicardipine has no(depression) effect on heart conduction system in rabbits.更多还原
