犬静脉注射乳化异氟醚最低肺泡有效浓度的研究
A study on minimum alveolar concentration of intravenous emulsified isoflurane in dogs
【摘要】 目的测定犬静脉注射乳化异氟醚的最低肺泡有效浓度(MAC静脉),并与吸入异氟醚麻醉时的最低肺泡有效浓度(MAC吸入)进行比较。方法将40只杂种犬平均分成静脉和吸入麻醉两组。应用序贯法和自身交叉法同时测定犬的MAC值。结果静脉组序贯法所测得的MAC静脉(0.94±0.10)%,与自身交叉法所测得的前6个交叉点的MAC静脉(0.89±0.14)%或全部交叉点的MAC静脉(0.93±0.13)%之间差异均无显著意义(P>0.05)。吸入组序贯法所测得的MAC吸入(1.29±0.10)%,与自身交叉法所测得的前6个交叉点的MAC吸入(1.24±0.06)%或全部交叉点的MAC吸入(1.33±0.09)%之间差异亦无显著意义(P>0.05)。但两组间比较MAC静脉均小于MAC吸入,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论乳化异氟醚静脉麻醉时的MAC静脉明显小于吸入异氟醚麻醉时的MAC吸入,序贯法和自身交叉法对MAC的测定结果无明显影响。
【Abstract】 Objective To determine the minimum alveolar concentration(MACiv) of intravenous emulsified isoflurane and compare it with the minimum alveolar concentration(MACinh) by isoflurane inhalation in dogs.Methods Forty healthy adult mongrel dogs were equally assigned to(intravenous) anesthesia group with emulsified isoflurane(8%,vol/vol) and inhalation anesthesia group with isoflurane vapor.In each group sequential method and self-crossover method were simultaneously applied to determine MACiv and MACinh.Results In intravenous anesthesia group,the MACiv determined by sequential method and the MACivs of previous 6 crossover points and all crossover points(determined) by self-crossover method were(0.94±0.10)%,(0.89±0.14)% and(0.93±0.13)%,(respectively.) No significant difference was found between them(P>0.05).In inhalation anesthesia group,the MACinh determined by sequential method and the MACinhs of previous 6 crossover points and all crossover points determined by self-crossover method were(1.29±0.10)%,(1.24±0.06)% and (1.33±0.09)%,respectively.No significant difference was found between them.But MACiv was significantly smaller than MACinh between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion MACiv of emulsified isoflurane was significantly smaller than MACinh of isoflurane.The determined values of MACiv and MACinh were not remarkably affected by determined methods.
