【摘要】 目的:总结输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗双侧输尿管结石并急性梗阻的临床经验。方法:采用经输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗双侧输尿管结石并急性梗阻患者35例。结果:一次性解除梗阻33例(94.3%),一次性碎石成功30例(85.7%),术后配合ESWL治疗3例,中转开放手术2例,均治愈。结论:经输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石是处理双侧输尿管结石并急性梗阻的有效措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study and evaluate the efficacy of ballast lithotripsy through ureteroscopy in the treatment of bilateral ureter calculous obstruction.Methods:35 cases of bilateral ureter calculous obstruction were treated by ballast lithotripsy through ureteroscopy.Results:All of the cases carried out the procedure received better results.Successful lithotripsy were made in 30 cases(85.7%) immediately.Conclusions:Ballast lithotripsy through ureteroscopy is effictive in the treatment of bilateral ureter calculous obstruction.更多还原
