【摘要】 目的:探讨后腹腔镜肾盂成形术治疗肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻(UPJO)的应用价值。方法:对45例确诊为UPJO的患者施行后腹腔镜肾盂成形术。结果:手术全部成功。手术时间95~190min,平均105min;术中出血量20~80ml,平均35ml,术后住院时间6~12天,平均7.4天。2例出现尿漏,分别于术后11、12天消失。1例术后3个月发现有吻合口狭窄,经输尿管镜直视下扩张治愈。结论:后腹腔镜肾盂成形术具有安全、微创、患者住院时间短等优点,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the feasibility of retroperitoneal laparoscopic dismembered Anderson-Hynes pyeloplasty in the treatment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction(UPJO).Methods:Fourty five cases of patients with UPJO underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic dismembered Anderson-Hynes pyeloplasty.Results:All the operations were successful. The mean operating time was 105 minutes (range from 95 to 190) , the mean blood loss was 35 ml(range from 20 to 80) and the mean postoperative hospital stay was 7. 4 days (range from 6 to 12 ) . Two cases presented with urinary leakage, which disappeared in the 11,12days postoperatively. One case presented with stenosis in 3 months postoperatively.Conclusions:Retroperitoneal laparoscopic dismembered Anderson-Hynes pyeloplasty for the treatment of UPJO is a safe、efficient method,with advantages of mini-invasion、rapid recovery、less complications and hospital stay,worth to be extended.更多还原
