【摘要】 目的:探讨提高治疗感染性肾结石疗效的方法。方法:采用微创经皮肾穿刺造瘘气压弹道碎石术(MPCNL)治疗感染性肾结石48例。结果:结石的总取净率为77.1%,术后配合ESWL结石总排净率为93.8%。术后并发高热5例,术中大出血4例(8.3%),术后继发性出血2例(4.2%),肾盂穿孔1例(2.1%),平均术后住院8.6 d。结论:MPCNL治疗感染性肾结石是一种并发症少、创伤小、恢复快、结石排净率高的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the clinical experience of mini-puncture percutaneous nephrostomy pneumatic lithotripsy(MPCNL)for the treatment of renal infectious stones.Methods:This series included 48 patients(26 men an 22 women;mean age,39 years)with renal infectious stones who underwent MPCNL from Septemper 2003 to December 2005.The clinical data,including medical history characteristics,therapies were analyzed.Results:The complete expelling rate of the stones was(77.08)%(37/48).After ESWL,the clearance rate of stones rised to 93.75%(45/48).Following complications had been observed: high fever in 5 cases((10.42)%),intraoperative massive hemorrhage in 4((8.33)%),perforation of the renal pelvis in 1((2.08)%).The mean postoperative hospital stay was(8.6) d.Conclusions:Mini-puncture percutaneous nephrostomy pneumatic lithotripsy is the treatment of choice for renal infection stones.更多还原
