【摘要】 目的:探讨BPH术后复发的原因,为预防和治疗提供依据,降低再手术率。方法:回顾性分析9例因BPH行开放手术后复发病例的临床资料。1例为中叶增生,其余8例为侧叶增生。结果:所有患者行手术治疗,其中开放4例,TURP5例。术后尿路梗阻症状解除,随访者未再复发。结论:BPH开放手术术中腺叶遗留和术后小增生结节的继续增长,TURP尖部切除不够,均是BPH术后复发的原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the reasons of the recurrence after operation for benign prostate hypertrophy so as to provide evidences for prevention and treatment, and reduce the rate of reoperation.Methods:To analyze retrospectively the clinic data of 9 BPH patients of the recurrence after operation for benign prostate hypertrophy. The hypertrophy of 1 patient is in the middle leaf; The rest of patients are on the sides leaves.Results:All the patients accepted reoperation to solve the obstruction symptom. 4 patients with open operation; and 5 with TURP (Transurethal resection of the prostate ). In the following, they don’t recur again.Conclusions:The major reasons of the recurrence after operation for benign prostate hypertrophy are incomplete resection of prostate in the open prostatectomy, continuous growth of the small hypertrophied nodes after the open prostatectomy and incomplete resection in the bladder neck on TURP. incomplete resection更多还原
