【摘要】 目的:探讨微创经皮肾穿刺取石术(MPCNL)治疗输尿管上段结石的疗效。方法:对22例输尿管上段结石行MPCNL治疗,其中4例曾行体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)治疗。结果:MPCNL术后1个月结石清除率为100%。术中估计出血量平均40ml,平均住院时间8天。结论:MPCNL治疗输尿管上段结石,取石成功率高,创伤小,尤其在输尿管上段结石并发狭窄、扭曲时有良好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(MPCNL) for upper ureteric calculus.Methods:Data of 22 Patients with upper ureteric calculus that treated by MPCNL were reviewed retrospectively. Among these patients, 4 had received extracorporeal shock-wave lithotomy (ESWL) previously.Results:The stone clearance rate by MPCNL was 100%. The average volume of haemorrhage was about 40ml and average hospital stay was 8 days.Conclusions:MPCNL is a therapeutic modality with advantages of high achievement ratio and slight injury especially for upper ureteric calculus with narrow ureter and ureter twist.更多还原
