【摘要】 目的:探讨睾丸切开显微取精术在辅助男性非阻塞性无精子症患者生育的效果。方法:采用睾丸切开显微取精术获取精子,结合卵浆内单精子显微注射技术,辅助1例非阻塞性无精子症不育患者人工受精。结果:精子获取成功,结合卵浆内单精子显微注射技术使患者妻子获得妊娠,并成功分娩1健康女婴。结论:睾丸切开显微取精术为非阻塞性无精子症患者生育,提供了一种新的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe the effect of microsurgical testicular sperm extraction for managing the patients suffered with non-obstructive azoospermia (NOA).Methods:Microsurgical testicular sperm extraction was conducted on to a patient suffering with NOA to obtain sperms and intracytoplasmic sperm inject (ICSI) was performed to assist pregnancy.Results:Sperms were harvested successfully, and pregnancy of the spouse was obtained that end up with a birth of a healthy girl with the assistant of ICSI.Conclusions:Microsurgical testicular sperm extraction (MTSE) is a new method for us to cure NOA.更多还原
