【摘要】 目的:探讨医源性和外伤性输尿管严重损伤患者行自体肾移植的疗效。方法:对2例医源性原因造成的输尿管严重缺损患者,经反复多次手术后疗效不佳,选用自体肾移植术。结果:手术过程顺利,围手术期顺利度过。随访时间分别为16个月和10个月,远期疗效满意,静脉尿路造影显示肾功能正常,尿路通畅。结论:自体肾移植术对于严重的输尿管缺损患者,能保护患侧肾功能,避免尿流改道和肠道代输尿管手术带来的一系列并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of autotransplantation in cases of traumatic or iatrogenic severe proximal ureteral damage.Methods:Two patients, aged 61 and 13 years, underwent autotransplantation for treatment of severe proximal ureteral injuries. Both patients damaged by iatrogenic and had been performed other operations previously.Results:The procedures were successful, with immediate recovery of renal function in both patients. The peri-operative period passed smoothly. The followup times were 16 and 10 month respectively. The IVP shew that both kidneys having good function. And the patients had returned to their normal activity.Conclusions:Autotransplantation is an excellent alternatiion for patients with proximal ureteral loss. It can preserve the renal function and can avoid complications from other surgical procedures.更多还原
