【摘要】 目的探索痔和便秘及腹泻的关系。方法通过目的抽样,采用定量研究的方法,对去医院消化内科就诊的便秘或腹泻患者和普外科就诊的痔病患者进行问卷调查,共138例,并对每一位患者进行直肠镜(或)结肠镜检查。结果138例就诊者中痔病患者81例(占58.7%),功能性便秘患者37例,功能性腹泻患者49例。痔合并功能性便秘者29例(占35.8%),痔合并功能性腹泻者24例(占29.6%)。功能性便秘患者中78.4%合并痔病,功能性腹泻患者中49.0%合并痔病。结论痔与功能性便秘或功能性腹泻关系密切,痔可导致和加重便秘,腹泻可诱发痔。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the incidences of hemorrhoids,functional constipation and functional diarrhea.Methods A questionnaire on gastrointestinal and hemorrhoidal symptoms was obtained from the patients with constipation and/or diarrhea who visited gastroenterologists and the patients with hemorrhoidal symptoms who visited surgeons.All 138 patients were underwent colonendoscopy.Results The overall incidence of hemorrhoids in the patients with constipation and/or diarrhea to gastrointestinal outpatient department and with hemorrhoids to surgical outpatient department were58.7%.29 patients(35.8%) suffered with functional constipation and 24(29.6%) with functional diarrhea in 81 hemorrhoids patients.78.4% of functional constipation patients complained hemorrhoids;49.0% of functional diarrhea patients complained hemorrhoids.Conclusion Hemorrhoids is closely related to functional constipation and functional diarrhea.更多还原
