睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者血浆一氧化氮和脂质过氧化系统的变化

【摘要】 目的观察睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(SAS)患者血浆一氧化氮(NO)和脂质过氧化系统的变化,用持续气道正压通气(CPAP)治疗对其的影响。方法分别对SAS组(40例)和对照组(10例)进行睡眠呼吸监测,于夜间21:00、次日凌晨6:00抽血测血浆NO、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和过氧化氢酶(CAT);SAS组患者在CPAP治疗后凌晨6:00复查上述指标。结果SAS组睡眠后血浆NO水平、NOS、SOD和CAT活性降低,而MDA水平则升高;上述变化随SAS程度的加重而加重;CPAP治疗后NO水平、NOS、SOD和CAT有所回升,MDA水平也相应下降。结论SAS患者存在NO和过氧化系统异常,SAS可导致NO活性降低,产生过氧化损伤。CPAP治疗可使上述的变化趋向于正常。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of plasma nitric oxide(NO) and lipid peroxidation system in sleep apnea syndrome (SAS)patients,as well as the effects of continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP) on them.Methods 40 SAS patients(SAS group) and 10 controls were selected according to the results of polysomnography (PSG).During the PSG,plasma was collected,at 9PM and 6AM in second day respectively,to measure NO,nitric oxide synthase(NOS),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondiadehyde(MDA) and catalase(CAT) levels.Also,above index were reevaluated for SAS patients after CPAP treatment.Results In SAS group, plasma level of NO was decreased,the same changes were observed in plasma activities of NOS,SOD and CAT,while MDA level was increased.Also,these changes were paralleled to the extent of SAS.CPAP treatment could increase plasma NO level,and NOS,SOD,CAT activities,but decrease MDA level correspondingly.Conclusions There existed abnormality of NO and lipid peroxidation system in SAS patients,the decrease of NO activity in SAS might lead to peroxide injures.CPAP treatment might correct these changes.
