【摘要】 目的探讨血小板膜糖蛋白(GP)Ⅰbα基因多态性与脑卒中的发生关系。方法收集300例经CT和(或)MRI检查证实的脑卒中病人,其中脑梗塞200例,脑溢血100例,并收集300例与脑卒中组的年龄、性别相匹配的无脑血管疾病人群作为对照组,采用聚合酶链反应限制性片段多态性(PCRRFLP)方法检测研究对象GPⅠbα基因145Thr/Met变异。结果脑卒中组血小板GPⅠbα基因145Thr/Met突变率显著高于对照组(17.33%比14%,P=0.003,OR=3.33,95%Cl为1.29～5.38)。脑梗塞组GPⅠbα145Thr/Met突变率是21.5%,其对照组为14%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01,OR=7,95%Cl为3.43～10.57)。脑溢血组GPⅠbα145Thr/Met突变率与对照组比较差异无显著性(P=0.158)。结论GPⅠbα145Thr/Met变异与脑梗塞的发生相关,但与脑溢血关系不明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between polymorphism of platelet membrane glycoprotein Ⅰbαgene and stroke.Methods Three hundred patients with stoke diagnosed with CT or MRI and 300 subjects without clinical evidence of cerebrovascular disease or cardiovascular disease were collected.PCR-RFLP was used to analyze polymorphism of the 145Thr/Met in the platelet membrane glycoprotein Ⅰbα gene of the subjects.Results The 145Thr/Met mutation in the platelet membrane glycoprotein Ⅰbα gene in the stroke group was increased significangtly than that of control group (17.33% vs 14%,P=0.003).The 145Thr/Met mutation in the platelet membrane glycoprotein Ⅰbα gene in the ischemic stroke group was increased significangtly than that of control group (21.5% vs 14%,P=0.003).There was no significant difference between hemorrhagic stoke group and control group.Conclusion The present study demonstrates that 145Thr/Met in the platelet membrane glycoprotein Ⅰbα gene is closely related to ischemic stroke but not hemorrhagic stroke,suggesting that this 145Thr/Met is an inherited risk factor for ischemic stroke but not hemorrhagic stroke.更多还原
