【摘要】 目的:探讨MMP-2、VEGF在口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)中的表达、两者相关性及其作用。方法:采用免疫组化法检测MMP-2和VEGF在86例OSCC和20例正常非肿瘤组织中的表达情况及两者的相关性。结果:MMP-2和VEGF在OSCC中的阳性表达率分别为85.9%和88.4%,均高于正常组织的10.0%,15.0%;差异均有显著性差异(p<0.01);MMP-2和VEGF在OSCC中的表达呈正相关(CAMMA值0.476,p=0.007)。结论:MMP-2和VEGF在OSCC中呈过表达,二者之间的相互作用与OSCC增殖、侵袭和转移密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the protein expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and matrix matalloproteinases-2 (MMP-2)in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)and their correlation,and the implication .Method:Tissue sections from 86 OSCC patients were examined using immunohistochemistry technique for protein expression of MMP-2 and VEGF. Result: Positive MMP-2 and VEGF immunostaining were detected in 85.9% and 88.4% of OSCC respectively.Expression of MMP-2 have a significant positive relation toVEGF. Conclusion:VEGF and MMP-2 have a significant positive correlation in OSCC. MMP-2 plays a important role in VEGF development. Over-expression of MMP-2 and VEGF contributed to tumor cell proliferation,development and metastases.更多还原
